苏里格气田水基钻屑资源化利用技术研究与应用

摘要: 针对苏里格气田废弃钻屑总量大、资源化利用率低、现有处理方式潜在环境风险高等技术难题,通过苏里格气田钻屑资源化难点分析、钻屑高效破稳剂G324和钻屑高效固化剂 G327的研发,形成一套针对苏里格气田的水基钻屑资源化利用工艺技术。该技术可将钻屑资源化利用制备免烧砖和铺路基土。目前该技术已在苏里格气田成功试验应用,现场共试制免烧砖 19万块,利用钻屑资源化制备基土680m3 并代替砂石实现铺路270 m,资源化产品经第三方检测分别达到了JC/T422—2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》和 JTJ057—1994《公路工程无机结合料稳定材料试验规程》标准要求;资源化产品的浸出液COD、石油类、色度等经检测达到了 GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准要求,已用于现场 20多个井队的生活区场地加固及钻井现场堆砌方井等,为废弃钻屑的资源化利用和钻屑固废终端处理做出了技术探索和实践,助推了长庆气田钻井作业清洁化生产。

Abstract:

In view of the large total amount of waste drilling debris in the Sulige gas field, the low utilization rate of resources, and the potentially high technical problems of environmental risk in the current treatment methods, the high efficiency cutting agent G324 and the high efficiency curing agent G327 for drilling debris have been developed through indoor experiments. A set of technology for the resource utilization of water based drilling debris for Sulige gas field was developed. The technique can be used to prepare the Brick-free Bricks and pave the ground soil. At present, the technology has been successfully tested and applied in the Sulige gas field. The resources and chemical products have been tested by third parties to meet the standard requirements of JC /T422-2007 “Non-sintered garbage tailings bricks” and JTJ057-1994 “Test Rules for Inorganic Composite Stability Materials for Highway Engineering”; The leachate COD, petroleum, and Chromaticity of resources products have been tested to meet the requirements of the GB8978-1996 sewage comprehensive discharge standard, and have been used to reinforce the living areas of more than 20 well teams on the site and pile the drilling sites. This paper makes technical exploration and practice for the resource utilization of waste drilling debris and the treatment of solid waste terminal, and promotes the clean production of drilling in Changqing gas field.
